Staying healthy and fit is challenging today due to the stress level of daily life especially during a Monday evening traffic jam traveling home. My remedy is try to sketch to avert the depressing congestion. And Miss Samantha has something to say about getting fit like breaking the 30 minute daily exercise a person need to maintain good all day.
Personally my morning exercise includes 15 count crunches and two 20 count push up and it won’t even get close to 10 minutes. So at work I don’t use the elevators and frequently walk. Try to stretch from time to time and stand walk around.
But due to the cold morning compliments coming from cold Siberia, I get less morning exercise lately and extend sleep.
Stress can kill. So keep like simple and be happy no matter what others say.
